We undertake the painting of plastic and metal components in automotive industrial quality

Upon the order of the Sárvár factory of FLEXTRONICS we coat the surface of the computer parts using the painting masks, jigs (developed and produced by us) with paints containing silver, nickel, copper etc. The operation is carried out by manual painting and applying robots. The purpose of the procedure is to protect the electronics behind the plastic part from the disturbing electromagnetic impacts of the environment.

The surface treated parts are installed in the high-performance data storage equipment of IBM and HEWLETT-PACKARD.
